Dr. Michael A. Tyner received his DDS degree at the Georgetown university. He pursued Oral cancer training at Sloan Kettering memorial hospital. He has been in private practice since 1984. Member of the Queens county dental society, ADA and the North shore Study club. Honor roll attendee for continuing Education classes.

Dr. Mishel, also known as Dr. E, is passionate about providing the highest quality of care for all of his patients. He is highly skilled in performing dental implants, and all aspects of general and restorative dentistry. 

He graduated with high honors from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. Residency at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center in the Bronx, NY.
